🌟 ESGAM Strategic Planning Session 4
We gathered with purpose, energy, and unity as ESGAM’s Council convened for our fourth strategic planning session—graciously facilitated by our esteemed Honorary Advisor, Dr. Wong Lai Yong.
This was more than a meeting—it was a meaningful space for reflection, alignment, and forward planning. Through the application of LEGO® Serious Play®, previously unspoken perspectives came to light, and existing insights gained new clarity. The session encouraged honest dialogue and collective momentum.
The objectives of this gathering were clear:
– To bring ESGAM’s shared identity to life—clarifying our purpose, values, spirit, and impact
– To align on key challenges facing our ecosystem
– To co-create practical priorities for the next 12 months
With strengthened understanding and renewed focus, we are shaping a smarter, more impactful roadmap to serve our members and deliver lasting value to the wider community.
