She holds the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation, the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Certified Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard eLearning Course by Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and Circular Economy: The Big Idea by Ellen Macarthur Foundation. Shareen is Managing Director and Founder of Sorga Innovation, a boutique advisory firm specialising in Sustainable Development, ESG, and human capital/talent strategies and solutions.

In Sustainable Development/ESG, Shareen’s area of specialisation is in the development of sustainability polices and strategies, advocating the adoption of strategies around ESG and transition to a low-carbon economy. Central to her work was spearheading the design of a sustainability-adjusted valuation model for responsible investments and value creation for Khazanah Nasional Berhad.

Prior to founding Sorga Innovation, Shareen was CEO of Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, a talent and human capital government agency under the Economic Planning Unit of Malaysia in the Prime Minister’s Office.

Between 2007 and 2016, Shareen was Director of Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability at Khazanah Nasional. Prior to joining Khazanah, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Mercy Malaysia, a medical humanitarian organisation with a global footprint.

Shareen is a Member of the Sustainable Development Committee of Bursa Malaysia, a Board Member of MTT Shipping Berhad, Accelerate Global Sdn Bhd (A Malaysian start-up), and a Board of Trustee of Yayasan UEM.

She is an Honorary Advisor to the ESG Association Malaysia. Shareen is a member of the International Advisory Panel for e-learning with the Institute of Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge. She is an Adjunct Professor at UNITAR International University.

Shareen holds a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She also has a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Malaya.

Alex Liew is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Glocomp Systems, leading the private sector sales team, channels, and partnerships. With over 25 years of industry expertise, his strategic direction has played a crucial role in establishing and nurturing Glocomp Systems’ success in Malaysia’s private sector marketplace. Under his leadership, the team has secured major ICT projects across diverse industry verticals.

Alex holds the esteemed position within The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), serving as Chairman since 2024. His extensive engagement across government, utilities, FSI, and education sectors significantly contributes to industry-wide growth. Alex represents PIKOM in engagements with key government leaders, including Ministers and senior officials, to advocate for the industry concerns and issues. This has resulted in strong collaborations between PIKOM and the government, which have been pivotal in fortifying the industry’s landscape.

In April 2025, Alex was appointed Chairman of LAC MED Bhd, and he also serves as Honorary Advisor to the ESG Association of Malaysia (ESGAM) as of June 2025.

Additionally, Alex serves as a Council Member and Chairman of the ICT, Automation, and Robotics Committee at the Master Builders Association of Malaysia, to provide strategic guidance and actively promote the integration of technology within the construction industry.

David Wong Nan Fay is a business graduate (Honours) from Canada. He has more than 35 years of track record and experience in the Information Technology, eCommerce, and Logistics industries.

David Wong is currently the Honorary Chairman of ASOCIO, the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organization, and the Advisor and Past Chairman of PIKOM, the National ICT Association of Malaysia. ASOCIO was established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1984 and is the most time-honored and active international ICT Trade organization in the Asia Oceania region. It has 24 active economies with more than 20,000 Tech companies representing USD800 billion of ICT revenue in the region. David Wong is also the Co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiative of PIKOM and a consortium representative of the outsourcing industry.

In 2000, he founded and embarked on his new start-up, SnT Global Sdn Bhd, where he currently resides as the Executive Chairman. SnT’s core businesses are Lead Logistics Management, Warehousing, Cross Border Freight, and Omnichannel Fulfilment services. Other ventures include eCommerce, Retail, and Software solutions. He is currently embarking on implementing an ESG-aligned supply chain, including the setting up of a GreenRe-certified Smart warehouse in Shah Alam.

Under his guidance, SnT has won several major industry awards and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of supply chain outsourcing in Asia. It was also recognized as a leading technology company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Program. SnT was recognized by Global Services Awards as one of the top 100 most innovative outsourcing companies in the world, as well as the top 10 to watch in Asia. In 2016, David was accorded the Outsourcing Leader of the Year by Outsourcing Malaysia. Chan is a British Petroleum scholar who graduated with a second-class upper Bachelor of Mathematics Science (Hons), Degree from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1990. He is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), United Kingdom, and also holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.

Chan embraces work-life integration. He appreciates nature – enjoys the sun, sea, and sand. For leisure, Chan enjoys the time spent in his garden, picking up a game or two of golf, wine and dining, and traveling to enrich life experiences.

Mr William Chen Jui-Liang has more than 15 years of experience in financial related industry, including sales of various securities instruments, investment operations and analysis, insurance, and venture capital.

He started as Business Manager when he joined Cathay Life Insurance Ltd in 2003, a life insurance company in Taiwan, and began getting great exposure to Hong Kong and Southeast Asia financial investment products when he was Vice President of Investment at Rui Xing Insurance Broker from 2006 to 2008.

He was appointed as Executive Director when he joined Arthur J Stewart Investment Advisors Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company, in 2008, and was responsible for the company’s investment operations.

In 2010, armed with his stock analytic skills and exposure to Asian financial products and markets, he became Executive Director of Well Top International Investment Limited, an international investment company in Taiwan, and managing investment in Southeast Asia. The said company mainly invests in publicly listed companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

He currently does not hold any directorship in any other public company.

Rodney Wong is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Robina Munchy’s (URMunchy’s) Malaysia. URMunchy’s is part of Universal Robina Corporation (URC), a sustainable global enterprise in eleven high-growth markets across Asia. Through his comprehensive strategic planning and leadership, he has notably steered the company to record business results by building and strengthening the profit fundamentals across all businesses.

In 2022, Rodney led the successful integration of two businesses into one, positioning URMunchy for long-term success. He worked with the Management Committee to develop a comprehensive integration strategy that involved streamlining operations, consolidating departments, and aligning cultures. In a noticeably short span of time under his leadership, the company was able to achieve cost savings, improve efficiencies, and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

He is known for his collaborative leadership style, which emphasises transparency, open communication, and a focus on people. He led his team in implementing a number of new initiatives to engage employees and build a shared vision for the future of the merged company.

Since the successful integration, Rodney has continued to lead the company through a period of growth and expansion across three segments: biscuits (Munchy’s, Lexus, Oat Krunch, Cream-O, Muzic, Topmix, Funmix), snacks (Jack ‘n Jill, Roller Coaster, Jack ‘n Jill Calbee, Jigs, Corn Curls), and confectioneries (Cloud 9, Nips).

Prior to the integration, he embarked on his journey as the CEO of Munchy’s (Malaysia’s No.1 biscuit brand*) in July 2014, spearheading the direction and guiding the strategies for sustainable business growth whilst being responsible for overall management of group operations. The company has seen significant achievements in recent years, including building successful brands of Munchy’s Crackers, Lexus, Muzic, Oat Krunch, Choc-O, and the formation of a joint-venture company with a leading European food manufacturer, resulting in the successful launch of 7Days croissant by Munchy’s into the Malaysian market.

Previously, he was attached to Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, an arm of PETRONAS. During his tenure as General Manager, he was instrumental in leading the company in making strategic transformations of key functions, including the route-to-market framework, distributor network, customer service, and human resource in driving towards market leadership.

Before joining Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, he was at Coca-Cola Refreshments Malaysia, where he started as Regional Sales Manager, East Malaysia, and thereafter as the National Route-To-Market (RTM) Manager, Malaysia. Throughout his tenure, Rodney was a critical member of the pioneer Coke Malaysia team for the transition of the Coke business from F&NCC to Coca-Cola Refreshment Malaysia and developed the RTM strategies to deliver optimal cost to serve on sales, logistic and execution. Prior to that, he worked as a General Sales Manager in Unilever.

Rodney is deeply committed to philanthropy and advocacy. He serves as President of the Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society, holds the position of President on the Board of Childhood Cancer International, and has been appointed as Honorary Advisor to Childhood Cancer Malaysia. His passion for sustainability is evident through his role as an Honorary Advisor at the ESG Association of Malaysia. Rodney also dedicates his time as a Mentor with Endeavor Malaysia, a non-profit organization supporting startup entrepreneurs and founders. He graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.
