Cheah has over 30 years of experience across various areas such as business development, merger and acquisition, business strategy, regional expansion, and process engineering across various industries such as information technology, venture capital, conglomerates, high tech manufacturing, and the services industry.
He has held several top executive and directorship positions in both client and partner organisations in an illustrious career that are synonymous with believing in synergistic partnership to drive business transformation by formulating the organisations’ strategics directions. In addition, he provides valuable counsel on overcoming organisations’ strategic challenges and conduct periodic business review to grow the senior management team.
Cheah has the unique insight in venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) space. He was involved in several large-scale investments and has guided companies through their hyper-growth stage. KC is responsible for overseeing SAP Malaysia’s business strategy development and operations across all aspects of the business. KC is instrumental in leading the acceleration of SAP Malaysia’s recognition as the Experience Company powered by the Intelligent
Enterprise; whereby the value proposition supports breaking down organisation silos to adopt dynamic, simplified cross business functional processes for optimal experiences across the entire organisation.
Prior to assuming the role of MD/CEO of SAP Malaysia, KC held MD/CEO positions of Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) at country and regional levels, including Informix Malaysia, Genesys South East Asia and SS&C Technologies South Asia. KC was also Country General Manager for IBM Software Group.
With more than 35 years as a catalyst of Information Technology ( IT) industry, KC advocates leveraging IT to drive sustainability, be it at Large Public Listed Corporations (PLCs) or at Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Digital solutions enable businesses to embed circular practices across their operations, from designing products to help reduce waste from the outset to tracking the lifecycle of the materials they use, instead of reactively after a product has been produced.
He firmly believes that the successful digital transformation of corporations will be foundational on businesses becoming ‘intelligent enterprises’ where they can ‘do more with less’, deliver best-in-class customer experience, build resilient supply chains, while inventing new business models and revenue streams.
KC advocates inclusivity to bridge the technology divide with focus on women and youth. He promotes diversity at SAP as the Executive Sponsor of SAP’s Regional Business Women Network. On the youth front, he led SAP Malaysia in collaborating with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on the MyUniAlliance programme which provides training for some three thousand students per year. Eighteen higher learning institutes, including two foreign universities, have participated and be.nefitted from the program.
KC has been active in PIKOM (National Tech Association of Malaysia) where he supports and leads thought leadership efforts to support SMEs, and businesses to going digital and attaining sustainability in the current environment.
KC graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in the United States. During weekends, he enjoys playing golf and reading extensively on a wide range of topics.

Since 2016, she has been an entrepreneur and a strong voice for sustainability.
She has been involved in Penang Green Council for the Penang Green Agenda movement. She is also a member representing her organisation in CSO-SDG Alliance, which is the secretariat for APPGM-SDG (ALL-PARTY PARLIAMENTARY GROUP MALAYSIA (APPGM) – SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDG)
Currently, she is a sustainability consultant to numerous SMEs and speaker in various university in Sustainable Development Goals.
Her major appearance as speakers on sustainability is on 2019 Malaysia SDG Summit, 2019 Asia Pacific University Community Engagement in Network, 2021 Malaysia SDG Youth Summit

William Arasaratnam, born and bred in Kuala Lumpur. Primary education in SRJK Peel Road and Secondary in Cochrane Road School. Batch 0f 1983. Played hockey for School and district and joined Maybank in 1985. Completed my A-Levels in Taylors College before going to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1986 to complete my Bachelors in Finance. Completed my BSc in Financial Institution in 1989 and enrolled for my Masters in 1991.
I joined Thomas James and Associaties in Chicago as a Stockbroker based in Chicago while completing my masters. Subsequently I joined Bank of America in Austin Texas in 1993 and remained with them till 1996 before returning to Malaysia. Joined Arab Malaysia Merchant Bank in 1996. I tehn joined Interworld Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore in 1998. Interworld was a leader in Cleanroom assessories and I was assigned to open the Malaysian offfice to cater for the semi-conductor industry in Penang and Kulim. In 2000 I acquired a 40,000 sg feet land to build our glove manufacturing plant. Completed the factory located in Sungai Petani and began production in November 2000. Exported to various countries including Ireland, Japan, USA, China, Singapore and various other destinations. I left in 2001 to venture on my own and started Lanjut Pertiwi Sdn Bhd. I kept this company going till 2016 and then joined P&A Smart Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Marketing Manager and kept this position till 2021 before taking up the position as Chief Executive Officer of Onspace Technology Sdn Bhd. We developed a a digital platform for buninesses to present their invoices digitally.

Prior to that, he worked as a consultant in NGL-Tricor Governance, a business consulting service firm, managing outsourcing advisory and consultancy services to various group of industries client, covering on internal control processes and procedures, governance and risk management.
He also has years of audit working experiences in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), delivering financial and compliances audit for banks and other financial service institutions.

Leveraging over 10 years of experience in delivering IT and Education solutions to APAC countries, Jhin Chan, the former Vice President of Business Development for Eduspec Holdings Berhad specialises in areas such as Private and Public Partnership initiatives, merger & acquisition, and turnaround management. He was one of the key personnel that help to successfully complete the company’s regularisation plan.
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate from the University of Queensland in Australia was previously the General Manager at Digital Crew Pty Ltd, a multi-award winning international marketing agency, of which he delivered significant improvement in sales performance for the company.

For more than 30 years, Dr (hc) Benny Yeo has been actively involved in the media industry and serving Federations, Associations, and NGOs in the region, building extensive international network and vast experience in wide-based community building. He was a former elected Council Member in Singapore Manufacturing Federation and was instrumental in supporting numerous incoming and outgoing trade delegations in Asia.
In February 2020, Dr Benny Yeo was appointed Secretary of Communication And Media of Brunei Darussalam BIMP-EAGA Business Council (BDBEBC), an umbrella organization for the private sector in the subregion and enjoys “fifth country” status in EAGA co-operation.

Over the span of 15 years, he has led and delivered initiatives across ASEAN across areas such as digital transformation, business transformation, regional business expansion, merger and acquisition, strategy and governance.
He has also been a speaker and panelist on various subjects such as leadership, digital transformation and IR4.0 in both local and regional events.
His outlook in life is to find meaning in what we do. Hence, he enjoys understanding the “why”, figuring out the “how” and delivering the “what” to achieve collective organisational goals. Eric Ku has been in the business of revolutionizing talent development in the Asian region for over two decades. A serial entrepreneur with several flagship businesses under his belt, Eric is the co-founder of iTrain Asia (www.iTrainAsia.com), a regional Digital Tech Certification Body that is currently rolling out its industry-validated certification trainings to individuals, corporates and academic institutions throughout 26 countries in Asia.
Recent years, Eric Ku is working with many organizations with workforce up to 40,000 staffs in creating the culture of Digital Transformation to enhance the digital quotient in all job roles and, to build an agile, innovative and tech-savvy workforce. She was the COO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation or MDEC, the lead agency in driving the digital economy in Malaysia. Prior to the appointment to COO, she was the VP of Capacity Development Division, MDeC. During which she guided the rolling out of the MSC to extend its benefits and enabling environment nation-wide, including providing world class infrastructure, telecom services, and creating conducive environment through promoting Cyberlaws and IP protection in the country.
To enhance the capabilities of ICT companies to deliver quality products and services through adoption of best practices & certifications, she introduced and developed Capability Development Initiatives to the ICT companies, covering People, Process, Technology and Quality Improvement.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in the ICT field with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. She has consulted for both private and public sector organizations in IT policy and project implementation in government, defense and education sectors in Malaysia and abroad.

Boon Hien has more than 35 years of professional experiences ranging from Technologies, Consulting, Banking, and General Management of businesses across the Asia Pacific region. Boon Hien is currently based in Singapore and is the Senior Advisor for HCL Technologies Asia Pacific including Sustainability. He is also the Country Head China HCL Technologies. Prior to the current advisory role in April 2022, Boon Hien was the Head of HCL Technologies Asean & North Asia between 2014-2022, managing portfolios including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telco, Hitech, and Logistic etc.
Boon Hien was also the Senior Partner of EY Greater China based in Beijing, responsible for overseeing and managing the advisory services of Financial Services in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Between 2000-2014, he has been with IBM for more than 12 years where he started as the Head of Malaysia Financial Services (FSI) Sector IBM GBS, later the Head of Asean IBM FSI GBS, before assigned to be the Head of IBM FSI Greater China based in Beijing. In 2012, Boon Hien was assigned to Singapore to lead the IBM ITS Consulting for Asia Pacific Region.
Boon Hien was also a Banker for more than 12 years having worked with ANZ Bank and National Australia Bank Melbourne in Credits, Policy & Strategies, Strategic Planning areas etc.

Mr. Chin Chee Seong (Mr. Chin), a Malaysian, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of SEATech Ventures Corp.
Mr. Chin has a vast experience of over 30 years in the ICT Industry, including in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Venture investment industry in Malaysia, China, as well as Southeast Asia. In addition to working in numerous local companies, Mr. Chin also has extensive experience with large corporations such as IBM Telekom Malaysia, and Gonzo Rosso Japan. Mr. Chin was the independent Director of the KLSE listed company M-Mode Bhd from 2009 until 2012 and subsequently the Non-Executive Director of Galasys PLC, the listed company in AIMS London, from 2014 to 2016. Besides being the Chief Executive Officer of SEATech Ventures Corp., Mr. Chin is also currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Powerware System Sdn. Bhd., as well as the Managing Director for Metita Sdn. Bhd.
Aside from his corporate roles, Mr. Chin is also very active in numerous NGOs and Government Associations. He is a venture investment advisor, former chairman, and the Organizing Chair for WCIT 2020 (World Congress of IT) of the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM). Woon then moved on to the software industry and spent more than 8 years in Veritas Technologies holding 3 major portfolios: CEO of Veritas Malaysia, CEO of Veritas Thailand, and Business Partner leader for the Asia Pacific region. In addition to being recognized for his contributions to Veritas Technologies, Woon also helped built the careers of sales individuals into successful business managers and leaders.
Woon decided to take early retirement in 2010 and started his personal consulting, specializing in coaching and mentoring C-levels on strategic planning, sales, and leadership. In 2017, he was called back to Veritas Technologies to be the Asia Pacific Sales Enablement leader where he spent 4 years enabling the sales force, which comprises individual contributors as well as team managers, from 12 countries.

Nicole is part of the ESG Association’s team secretariat. She is a graduate of Iowa State University who majored in Env Sc and minored in Urban Studies. She is an individual who has a huge passion and extensive knowledge of sustainability, the environment, and the law in urban planning.
Back in 2021, she collaborated with the city of Ames in Iowa to create a festival that encourages the underrepresented and marginalized group of residents to be involved with the planning of their city.
