He has held several top executive and directorship positions in both client and partner organisations in an illustrious career that are synonymous with believing in synergistic partnership to drive business transformation by formulating the organisations’ strategics directions. KC is responsible for overseeing SAP Malaysia’s business strategy development and operations across all aspects of the business. KC is instrumental in leading the acceleration of SAP Malaysia’s recognition as the Experience Company powered by the Intelligent
Enterprise; whereby the value proposition supports breaking down organisation silos to adopt dynamic, simplified cross business functional processes for optimal experiences across the entire organisation.
Prior to assuming the role of MD/CEO of SAP Malaysia, KC held MD/CEO positions of Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) at country and regional levels, including Informix Malaysia, Genesys South East Asia and SS&C Technologies South Asia. KC was also Country General Manager for IBM Software Group.
With more than 35 years as a catalyst of Information Technology ( IT) industry, KC advocates leveraging IT to drive sustainability, be it at Large Public Listed Corporations (PLCs) or at Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Digital solutions enable businesses to embed circular practices across their operations, from designing products to help reduce waste from the outset to tracking the lifecycle of the materials they use, instead of reactively after a product has been produced.

A Northern University of Malaysia graduate, Catherine’s stint with leadership roles began at Dell Technologies, where she worked for the past two decades before joining IBM Malaysia. Her last role was the Senior Director & Managing Director for Dell Indonesia, based in Jakarta. She has also held various management roles within Dell Technologies, covering the South Asia markets, including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indochina, and Cambodia. Throughout her career, Catherine has been consistently recognised as the key leader in the IT industry, helping and enabling clients to innovate and succeed.
Catherine is a strong advocate for women in leadership in the IT Industry and was recognised at the Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards 2020 as the Highly Commended winner under the Achievement Category in the ASEAN region. She continues to mentor aspiring talents, believing that by leading the way, aspirants are empowered to create thriving and sustainable communities.
Catherine has been appointed as the PIKOM (The National Tech Association of Malaysia) Councillor in 2021. She has held key positions in the association, including Chairman for Women in Tech 2022, Chairman for Tech Fest 2022 and Deputy Chairman for IR 4.0 SIG 2022.
In 2022, Prestige Magazine Malaysia recognised Catherine as one of the 100 nation’s most influential Women of Power.
She is also recognised as the winner of the Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards under the Achievement category. Catherine won this award in recognition of a management career spanning more than two decades in Malaysia and South Asia, built on the foundations of business growth, customer success and individual mentoring.

Prior to the appointment to COO, she was the VP of Capacity Development Division, MDeC. During which she guided the rolling out of the MSC to extend its benefits and enabling environment nation-wide, including providing world class infrastructure, telecom services, and creating conducive environment through promoting Cyberlaws and IP protection in the country.
To enhance the capabilities of ICT companies to deliver quality products and services through adoption of best practices & certifications, she introduced and developed Capability Development Initiatives to the ICT companies, covering People, Process, Technology and Quality Improvement.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in the ICT field with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. She has consulted for both private and public sector organizations in IT policy and project implementation in government, defense and education sectors in Malaysia and abroad.

Boon Hien was also the Senior Partner of EY Greater China based in Beijing, responsible for overseeing and managing the advisory services of Financial Services in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Between 2000-2014, he has been with IBM for more than 12 years where he started as the Head of Malaysia Financial Services (FSI) Sector IBM GBS, later the Head of Asean IBM FSI GBS, before assigned to be the Head of IBM FSI Greater China based in Beijing. In 2012, Boon Hien was assigned to Singapore to lead the IBM ITS Consulting for Asia Pacific Region.

Through his comprehensive strategic planning and leadership, he has notably steered the company to record business results by building and strengthening the profit fundamentals across all businesses.
In 2022, Rodney led the successful integration of two businesses into one, positioning URM for long-term success. He worked with the Management Committee to develop a comprehensive integration strategy that involved streamlining operations, consolidating departments, and aligning cultures. In a noticeably short span of time under his leadership, the company was able to achieve cost savings, improve efficiencies, and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
He is known for his collaborative leadership style, which emphasises transparency, open communication, and a focus on people. He led his team in implementing a number of new initiatives to engage employees and build a shared vision for the future of the merged company.
Since the successful integration, Rodney has continued to lead the company through a period of growth and expansion across three segments: biscuits (Munchy’s, Lexus, Oat Krunch, Cream-O, Muzic, Topmix, Funmix), snacks (Jack ‘n Jill, Roller Coaster, Jack ‘n Jill Calbee, Jigs, Corn Curls), and confectioneries (Cloud 9, Nips).
Prior to the integration, he embarked on his journey as the CEO of Munchy’s (Malaysia’s No.1 biscuit brand*) in July 2014, he spearheads the direction and guide the strategies for sustainable business growth whilst being responsible for overall management of group operations. The company has seen significant achievements in recent years including building successful brands of Munchy’s Crackers, Lexus, Muzic, Oat Krunch, Choc-O, and also the formation of a joint-venture company with a leading European food manufacturer resulting in the successful launch of 7 Days croissant by Munchy’s into the Malaysian market.
Previously, he was attached with Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, an arm of PETRONAS. During his tenure as General Manager, he was instrumental in leading the company in making strategic transformations of key functions including route-to-market framework, distributor network, customer service, and human resource in driving towards market leadership.
Before joining Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, he was at Coca-Cola Refreshments Malaysia, where he started as Regional Sales Manager, East Malaysia and thereafter as the National Route-To-Market (RTM) Manager, Malaysia. Throughout his tenure, Rodney was a critical member of the pioneer Coke Malaysia team for the transition of Coke business from F&NCC to Coca-Cola Refreshment Malaysia and developed the RTM strategies to deliver optimal cost to serve on sales, logistic and execution. Prior to that, he worked as a General Sales Manager in Unilever.
Rodney volunteers as the President of the Sarawak’s Children Cancer Society, sit on the Board of Childhood Cancer International as its Vice-President and appointed a Mentor with Endeavor Malaysia, a non-profit organisation that support start-up entrepreneurs and founders. In Sustainable Development/ESG, Shareen’s area of specialisation is in the development of sustainability
polices and strategies, advocating the adoption of strategies around ESG and transition to a low carbon
economy. Central to her work was in spearheading the design of a sustainability adjusted valuation model
for socially responsible investments and value creation for Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
Prior to founding Sorga Innovation, Shareen was CEO of Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, a talent and
human capital government agency under the Economic Planning Unit of Malaysia in the Prime Minister’s
Office. Between 2007-2016, Shareen was Director of Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability at Khazanah
Nasional. Prior to joining Khazanah she was the Chief Operating Officer of Mercy Malaysia, a medical humanitarian
organisation with a global footprint.
Shareen is a Member of the Sustainable Development Committee of Bursa Malaysia, a Board Member of
MTT Shipping Berhad, Accelerate Global Sdn Bhd (A Malaysian start up) and a Board of Trustee of Yayasan
